How to Manage Deal Attributes

You can add fields to deals to capture additional information. For example, you can add a product name, preferred shipping or payment method, and so on, and use that data for personalized communication.

When you edit fields in the pipeline settings, their names will change automatically in the card of each deal.

To edit a deal field, select your pipeline and click Settings.

Go to the “Fields” tab. This is where all the fields that you have created for deals in the cards are located.

You can disable the added fields, edit, or delete them.

You can also add new fields that will be available by default when creating deals.

Click Add Field.

Enter the field name and select the field type: string, number, email, phone, or list.

You can make each field required for selection.

For the field type "List,” you can add variants and specify the option to "Allow multiple choice of options."

When you create a deal, you can select one or several preset options.
