Manage course pricing plans

You can disable pricing plans without losing their course settings, remove them permanently, or update them.

In this article, we will talk about how to manage course pricing plans.

Disable a pricing plan

To make a pricing plan unavailable for new students to view or purchase without removing it, turn off its toggle.

Every course must have at least one active pricing plan, so you won’t be able to disable a plan if no other is active.

Once disabled, the pricing plan will no longer be available to new students. However, this will not affect students who have already paid for it and are currently enrolled.

Edit a pricing plan

To make changes to a pricing plan, click Edit.

Any changes you make to pricing plans will apply only to new students. For example, if you add a tag when editing pricing plans, it will be assigned only to newly enrolled students.

Delete a pricing plan

To delete a pricing plan, click Edit > Delete pricing plan, and confirm the action in the next window.

You cannot delete a pricing plan if it is the only active one on your course.

If students are currently assigned to this pricing plan, select another active plan to move them to. You can also decide what to do with students under the new pricing plan:

Confirm payment

Pricing plan payments will be confirmed automatically.

If this option isn’t selected and the new plan costs more than the old one, students will need to cover the difference.

Apply the pricing plan settings Student data (group and tags, assigned team members, and course completion time limits) will be updated.
