Generate replies in chats with AI

Reply suggestions use AI to generate responses based on your conversation with a subscriber. This helps you respond faster while maintaining a consistent tone across chats.

For example, if a subscriber asks about delivery terms, you can generate a reply, adjust it if needed, and send it.

Let’s talk about how to generate a reply and enable automatic suggestions in all chats.

Generate a reply suggestion

Reply suggestions require available credits in OpenAI models. Connect your personal API keys in your account settings. This feature is available to all invited users who have access to chat replies.

Go to the Conversations section and find a chat with a subscriber. In the input field, click the Reply suggestion icon. SendPulse generates a reply based on the previous 20 messages in the conversation and shows it in a tooltip.

Send the reply

Click the generated reply to paste it into the input field. Edit your message if needed, then click Send.
