View products in deals

When a customer places an order on your website or follows a payment link, the CRM system creates a deal with your selected name and linked contact. In the Products and Payments tabs, the deal will show purchase details.

In this article, we will talk about how to view products in CRM deals.

Applicable to products created in the CRM system. Courses and products created in the website builder show only payment data.

Products

If a payment is successful or manually confirmed by your team, all ordered items automatically appear in the Products tab, along with their amount and price.

If a product hasn’t been paid for, it will not appear in the Products tab. However, you can view it in the Payments tab. This ensures the Products tab only lists items that have actually been purchased.

You can also add products manually. To do this, click Add product and select an item from the list.

While a customer is paying using your generated link, you will not be able to add products to it. To add products, delete this payment link in the Payments tab first.

Payments

Use this tab to view paid and unpaid products and plan your future interactions with clients before they complete their payments.

Go to the Payments tab. In the Products column, you’ll see a list of products that your customer has ordered, along with their prices.

You can also view information about products and payments in deal history.
