Locate a contact in a flow

You can see which step of your flow a contact is currently in. For example, you may need to check this to investigate cases where a contact reports not receiving an email.

To do this, click the starting element to open its page. Go to the Recipients tab and filter the list by contact details. 

Click the View path icon. The flow diagram highlights the contact’s path in green up to the last element they have reached.

If the contact does not appear on the recipients list, they did not enter your flow.

If the Stop flow for contact icon does not appear next to the contact, they have completed your flow.
