Log in to a student account
Create fast login links to student accounts for easy access, go over their course content, and fix any technical issues they report. This helps you support their learning journey and make sure your course runs smoothly.
In this article, we will talk about how to send a fast login email to a student or log in to their account yourself.
In the Courses section, go to your course > Students. You can also do this in the Audience section.
Send a fast login email
You can send a personalized login email to help a student access their account if they're having trouble signing in.
Find the student on the list, click the three dots on the right, and select Send fast login email. In the modal window, click Send.

Your student will receive an email with a button to access their account.
Log in to a student account
You can create a login link to access a specific student’s account and view your course as they see it.
Find the student on the list, click the three dots on the right, and select Log in to student account.

In the modal window, click the link to access your student’s account in a new browser tab — you’ll be logged in automatically. You can also copy the link. Make sure not to share it publicly to keep this account secure.
Once an instructor logs in to a student’s account, the student will be automatically logged out.

Copy a login link
You can copy a login link that allows your student to access their account.
Go to your course, click Action, and select Copy login link.
The link will be copied to your clipboard.
